Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are important to us at Pimms. Whilst we understand that at times cancellations are necessary we ask for 48 hours notice.

For cancellations or no shows a 50% charge may apply. This policy gives us time to keep the teams schedules filled.

We charge 25% of the cost of your bill when booking.
